Blake McDaniel is a multi-award-winning producer, manager, and agent whose career bridges the worlds of artistry, business, and impact. A graduate of the University of North Alabama with a B.A. in Music Business and an MBA in Management and Marketing, Blake has built a reputation as a trusted advocate for artists and a skilled strategist in talent development.

Before joining TSP Creative, Blake served as an agent at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), representing an impressive roster including ALABAMA, Jencarlos Canela, Lauren Alaina, RUN DMC, and Jerry Lee Lewis. While also contributing to teams working with industry legends such as Bob Dylan, Tim McGraw, Willie Nelson, and Carrie Underwood. His experience across live events, artist management, and brand partnerships gives him a 360-degree perspective on what it takes to build and sustain meaningful careers in entertainment.

An active member of the Country Music Association and the Academy of Country Music, Blake also serves on several Nashville-based boards, including the Nashville Association of Talent Directors and the Mayor’s PENCIL Foundation. Deeply committed to giving back, he supports organizations such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Second Harvest Food Bank, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, continuing his mission to elevate both artists and the community around them.
