With a foundation in Musical Theatre, Dance, and Vocal Performance, Matt brings a performer’s intuition and an organizer’s precision to every project. His professional stage experience, including performances in productions such as Newsies, taught him how storytelling, movement, and emotion intersect to create moments that resonate. That same artistic sensibility now fuels his work behind the scenes, helping artists and creative teams bring their visions to life with clarity and impact.

Before joining TSP Creative, Matt worked closely with the University of Kentucky Dance Team and several high school and competitive programs throughout the Nashville area, offering choreography, performance coaching, and creative direction. His understanding of both the performer’s mindset and the demands of live production gives him a rare ability to bridge artistry and execution seamlessly.

As Creative Operations Coordinator, Matt plays a pivotal role in supporting the Artist Advancement division; streamlining communication, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every creative detail aligns with the artist’s vision. His background in client relations and live event management allows him to anticipate needs, foster collaboration, and help artists perform at their absolute best.
